Stephen Reynolds joined the Greater Houston Partnership in January 2022 and is the leads the Partnership’s health care and immigration policy. Prior to joining the Partnership, Stephen was a senior policy advisor to Congressman Troy Balderson of Ohio, working on Agriculture, Energy, Telecom, and Small Business policy. Stephen also spent several years with Senator John Cornyn in both his Houston and Washington, DC offices; in that time, he worked on Agriculture, Energy, Health Care, Space, and other policies.
