As the Vice President of Employer Partnerships at The Lactation Network, Kim is able to focus her commitment and passion for maternal and infant health into actionable change for employers and families alike. With over fifteen years of experience in population health management and benefits decision support, she is helping employers tackle the long-persistent gaps that exist for new and expecting parents who choose to breastfeed. The Lactation Network (TLN) connects families with health insurance-covered lactation consultations nationwide. TLN partners with the largest network of International Board-Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) in the United States to provide the gold standard in lactation care, while making lactation support accessible and inclusive. The mission-driven company is building healthcare systems designed to remove barriers to access, dismantle stigmas, and support ALL parents so they and their families can thrive.
