Daniel Janes has over 12 years of benefits consulting experience in various leadership roles for Gallagher Benefit Services. In his role, he leads employers through their employee benefits strategy both locally in Houston, Texas and across the country. He partners with employers to improve health care quality and costs for members, develops and executes client strategies and maintains relationships with local health systems.

Daniel’s clients have received best-in-class employer designations for their cost mitigation strategies, forward-thinking plan design and employee engagement.

Daniel graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Finance and is a part of the Baylor Mentor Network.
