Speaker Bio

Catherine joined Included Health in 2020 with over 18 years of healthcare consulting and medical carrier experience. Leading our Strategic Partnerships & Insights team, she is responsible for building and fostering relationships with key healthcare influencers including consulting firms, health insurance carriers, and other healthcare leaders to champion and shape Included Health’s vision and market position. Through these relationships, Catherine brings the voice of the broader healthcare market to Included Health to inform and educate as the company continues to innovate, and scale for the future. She joined the organization to directly impact the healthcare patient experience and support their mission to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone.

Prior to Included Health, Catherine was a Senior Director at Willis Towers Watson for over ten years, where she led large employer consulting engagements, owned go-to-market for the Health & Benefits practice, created and integrated intellectual capital across the organization, and served in various other growth roles. She has also worked as an account executive at Cigna and began her career at Mercer.

Catherine graduated from Villanova University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in English language and literature.
