Speaker Bio

Johnsie Holt is the Director of Employee Wellness for Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS). Located in Nashville, Tennessee, MNPS believes that healthier employees are better able to thrive in the workplace and enjoy life, and strives to assist employees and their families to improve and maintain their health by offering a generous and innovative benefits package. Johnsie attended Austin Peay State University, earning her bachelor of science in health with a specialization in wellness promotion and her master of science in health with a specialization in health care administration. She is a Certified Wellness Practitioner with the National Wellness Institute.
