Speaker Bio

Kinu currently leads strategy for Health, Welfare and Retirement Benefits and Compensation as the Director of Total Rewards at Crown Castle. Her experience at Crown also includes leading the People Operations function which oversees all processes related to teammate experience from onboarding to offboarding and a bit of everything in between. Early career experience ranges from consulting at Mercer and WTW, and later at Phillips 66 as a Benefits Advisor with a focus on Health & Well-Being. Outside of Crown, she currently serves on the Advisory Board of Family First Caregiving.
