Clinical Strategy and Solutions 

With over 12 years of expertise, Lane specializes in providing benefits & HR consulting services to Gallagher clients. She is responsible for fostering clinical partner relationships, analyzing market industry leader’s clinical outcomes and aligning those outcomes with long term employer goals. Lane also designs healthcare data visualization strategies and is a member of Gallagher’s National Innovation Advisory Group.

Experience

Prior to joining Gallagher, she was a Population Health Program Lead and Benefits Strategist for Southwest Airlines in Dallas, Texas. Here, she lead, designed and developed their population health program, in addition to driving partner relations and employee engagement. Additionally, prior to joining Southwest Airlines, she served the LIVESTRONG Foundation and Texas 4000 for Cancer, in Austin, Texas with a heavy focus on oncology, nonprofit partnerships, budgeting and development. Lane’s holistic understanding of the business and healthcare sector was founded while attending the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business, with degrees in Global Business and Kinesiology and Health.
