Bio

Stephanie Myers is the Director of Employee Health and Wellness for Goose Creek CISD.

She has been with Goose Creek CISD for the past 7 years working with district administrators to create an innovative employee benefits package.  In this role, she focuses on providing leadership to the benefits department through strategic design, analysis, evaluation of our current health and wellness plans by developing community partnerships, implementing new innovative plan designs, and providing administrative support to address the district and employee’s health and wellness concerns. Under her leadership the district has saved over $1.5 million dollars, opened its first employee wellness clinic and fitness center, and developed community partnerships to provide resources to employees.

She has over 22 years of administrative experience with 15 of those years being in Benefits Administration. She has worked with various organizations during this time providing leadership and expertise to higher ed, municipalities, and other corporations in benefits administration. 

She graduate from Lee College with an AAS, Professional Office, LeTourneau University with a Bachelor in Business Management, and Western Governors University with a MBA in Healthcare Management.
