Cecilia is an accomplished Healthcare professional known for engaging multi-stakeholders across the healthcare continuum with the goal of improving health outcomes for those impacted by cardiometabolic diseases, such as diabetes & obesity.

Recognized by employer clients as a trusted partner, she is a recipient of multiple best account executive awards by Health Industry Research Consultants & Gallagher Consulting.

In addition to her current involvement with the Houston Business Coalition on Health, Cecilia served on several community leadership board positions for It’s Time Texas, the American Diabetes Association, and the National Charity League, Inc., Wildflowers Chapter.

She is a graduate from the University of Houston, where she & her husband enjoy time with their two adult children, 3 dogs- and a family of backyard screech owls. In her spare time, you will find Cecilia at her local Club Pilates or cheering on the Houston Astros & the Red Bull Formula1 Racing Team.
