For the 2nd year in a row, I have attended the HBCH annual conference and continue to be impressed by the content as well as the presenters. The benefits area continues to face challenges that oftentimes can seem insurmountable in these turbulent times. Our organization has implemented new benefits based on content from the prior year and will continue to pursue new ideas based on the innovations that were shared by other employers.
