Verónica Villaseñor

Verónica is a Human Resources professional with over 18 years of experience in the employer-based HR world, specializing in total rewards, strategic benefits planning, and operational excellence. She has worked extensively with clients and stakeholders in the higher education sector. She manages and administers all aspects of benefits programs for faculty and staff. She has driven automation of process improvement initiatives. From 2019 to present, Verónica has served as the Manager of Total Rewards and HR Service Center.
