Billy Beattie

Billy Beattie currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Humble ISD, a large Texas school district serving 50,000 students and 7,500 employees.  Billy has 20 years of experience in Texas public schools and the oil & gas industry.  With a diverse background spanning financial operations, strategic planning and organizational leadership, Billy brings a highly analytical mindset and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to complex challenges.  He leverages his broad experience to support healthcare innovation and fiscal sustainability.  Outside of his professional role, Billy is passionate about agriculture, particularly growing grapes and making wine.  Billy is a graduate of Texas A&M University and deeply committed to his community, serving on several nonprofit and civic boards.
