Chad Dumont is the Personnel Director for the City of Manvel, Texas, bringing over 28 years of human resources experience across a diverse range of industries—including power generation, chemical plants, oilfield services, and ultra-deepwater drilling operations. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Chad holds an associate degree in Logistical Supply Management and spent three years supporting the 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron, also known as the Hurricane Hunters.

With a career spanning both military and civilian sectors, Chad is grounded in discipline, adaptability, and strategic leadership.
