Jason Sorrells is the Rx Sales Director for Healthcare Bluebook. With 20 years of sales and account management experience, Jason joined the Bluebook team in 2023 to lead sales efforts for Rx Navigation products. His 15 years of experience in the PBM and pharmacy space has played an integral part in educating and empowering patients and their families to take control of their pharmacy decisions and spend.

Jason is a lifelong learner who is passionate about understanding the complexities of pharmacy benefits. Bluebook’s Substance over Splash core value most resonates with his passion for transparency and simplifying pharmacy benefits for patients and their plan sponsors. He brings the importance of this core value to his message, “the most expensive medication is the one you never should have paid for.”

Prior to Bluebook, Jason worked as a pharmacy consultant for a Top 10 National Broker, managing self-insured clients ranging from local employers to Fortune 50. As a consultant he helped clients save millions of dollars through aggressive negotiations, ensuring best-in-class PBM contracts.

Jason graduated with a BA in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A native of North Carolina, he has resided in Charlotte for 25 years. He and his wife Anne have three adult children whom they love spending time with during their brief moments of availability outside of school. Jason enjoys golfing, grilling on his Big Green Egg, all things college sports and spending time with his family, friends and two yellow labs.
