Matt Baldwin is a highly experienced benefits professional with over 17 years of experience managing employee benefits programs and creating successful healthcare strategies. He has a passion for designing impactful solutions that drive positive health outcomes. He has a strong background in managing employee benefit programs, particularly in healthcare and wellbeing.

Throughout his career he has been on both the employer side at Chevron and Google as well as on the benefits consulting side working with large organizations where he has led strategy development and implemented innovation solutions in multiple areas.

Matt holds a BS in Health Science from Brigham Young University and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). He also holds certifications as a Group Benefits Associate (GBA) and Certified Health Education Specialist and recently completed his Google AI Essentials certification. He currently resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with his family.
