RYAN DONNELLY

Ryan Donnelly is an accomplished leader who has spent his career working across healthcare, financial services, and public policy.
Ryan is the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at Premise Health, a leading provider of in-person and virtual primary care, pharmacy, and occupational health, operating more than 800 wellness centers across 45 states, and serving hundreds of large employer clients and millions of members. Ryan is responsible for enterprise strategy, innovation, corporate development, growth analytics, product analytics, and data science functions, and leads the care management, care navigation, centers of excellence, and second opinion solutions, which he designed, built, and successfully scaled nationwide.
Before joining Premise Health, Ryan was a Principal at Kingfish Group, a private equity investment and strategy consulting firm headquartered in San Francisco, where he led all healthcare investing, advisory, and industry research initiatives. An early employee, he played a key role in scaling the firm’s operations to support fourfold headcount growth, ultimately managing global teams across the U.S. and India.
Prior to Kingfish Group, Ryan worked at the Botswana International Financial Services Center, where he prepared briefings for the President of Botswana on the performance of initiatives designed to grow and diversify the country’s economy and promote it as a hub for cross-border business into Africa. Earlier in his career, Ryan was a healthcare investment banker with Citi in New York City, supporting capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions for large U.S. health systems, and worked for a U.S. Senator in Washington, D.C.
Ryan holds master’s degrees from the University of Oxford and Carnegie Mellon University, and a bachelor’s degree from Providence College, where he was class president and played Division I lacrosse. He was also a Coro Fellow and Nashville Health Care Council Fellow. Ryan lives in Nashville, TN with his wife and two children.
