Sarah Pollard is a seasoned healthcare leader serving as Vice President of Clinical Operations & Performance Excellence at apree Health. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of clinical operations nationally, including program management, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and clinical training. With more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience, Sarah excels in optimizing care center operations, driving process improvement, advancing value-based care, and developing high-performing teams. She is passionate about patient-centered innovation, integrating technology into clinical workflows, and leveraging a data-driven approach to decision-making to improve outcomes, enhance caregiver experience, and streamline operational performance. Sarah is also recognized for her ability to lead effective change management strategies that drive sustainable transformation.

Before joining apree Health, Sarah served as Chief of Ambulatory Operations at the University of Washington’s Northwest Hospital campus, where she led the ambulatory care network with a focus on market strategy, operational transformation, and clinical support, helping to advance exceptional patient care and drive organizational growth.
